Guests near and far are welcome to attend this local swap meet, held every Friday and Saturday from 10am – 4pm at the West Side Improvement Club Bingo Hall. This swap meet is only taking place through the months of October and November, so don’t miss your chance to snag some treasures.
Vendors can be found selling all types of goodies, such as angel items, ghouls, vintage products, 90’s toys, vintage 70’s clothing, carnival glass, ceramic masks, old puppets, strobe lights, licensed products, and so much more. Each week, vendors bring new items to show off so there is always something different to see.
West Side Improvement Club started in December of 1932 as a group of people dedicated to making their neighborhood a better place to live. Dripping with history, the clubhouse was temporarily vacated by its members following the attack on Pearl Harbor. The clubhouse became the regimental headquarters for the Armies 202nd Coast Artillery. To this day, the clubhouse still aims to improve the community and frequently holds Bingo and other events for area residents.
