Indiana residents and vendors, grab your calendars and mark off June 10-18, 2017, because the Friendship Flea is coming back! Held twice a year in June and September, the Friendship Flea is Indiana’s most unique antiques and flea market! With 500 vendor spaces, this event is chock-a-block full of fun and entertainment- not to mention shoppers and deals.
Known throughout Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky, this market is the place to be come June. Featuring vendors of every possible description, a wide variety of dining options, plus RV and camping accommodations for vendors AND shoppers, the market has become a landmark. Operating for over 40 years, the Friendship Market was first conceived by Tom Kerr and his late wife, Rosemary, way back in 1968. The market always runs for 9 full days, starting on a Saturday and ending on a Sunday.
For vendors interested in moving merchandise via an auction format, the Friendship Flea offers an auction on the last Saturday of the market’s run. Nightly entertainments of all kind are a part of the plan, and the friendly vendors and festival atmosphere make this market one to which vendors return again and again.
