Come and see Cincinnati’s original, curated urban flea market that takes place Saturday, September 14th at Washington Park. The City Flea hosts dozens of local businesses selling anything from vintage wares to artisan pizza to plant studios. This market is a place to keep your dollars local, support small businesses and experience the city in a fun, unique way.
Beginning back in 2011, The City Flea started as the project of a couple from Cincinnati, passionate about the city landscape. The market sprang into action with 45 vendors offering products that left customers hungry for more. Now in their 9th season of operation, City Flea has hosted over 400 creative, unique vendors and small businesses and sees thousands of shoppers each month at the market.
The City Flea also hosts an annual Kids Market in August, where local children can showcase their wares, feel empowered and get an idea of what it’s like to own and run a small business. It’s a specially curated market for kids, by kids, ages 4 through 14. Any young artist, collector or those with an entrepreneurial spirit are welcome to sell there. The first Kids Market was held in 2016 and was a huge success, so coordinators have continued to host this unique flea.
The City Flea hosts summer, fall and winter markets, with the September event being a part of their fall markets. From 10am to 4pm, guests can shop till they drop from small, local businesses and enjoy some time in the sun.
