The Bowling Green Night Market is a showcase for local businesses, student groups, non-profits and independent artists. The market also welcomes performers and musicians. Bowling Green Night Market is organized by the Western Kentucky University chapter of Enactus, a global non-profit that invests in entrepreneurial students. New Community Market Opens in Wichita

Sadly, the Village Flea Market in Wichita, KS is closing after 42 years in business — however, former market General Manager Jael Van Boening has plans to keep the flea market community alive. While the Village Flea Market’s last day of operations is July 2nd, a brand  new Wichita Community Market, owned and operated by Van Boening, will open by July 1st in the Westway Shopping Center. The new space is 32,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 92 booths. At press time for The Merchandiser, almost all of the 92 booth spaces were already reserved....

Brooklyn Flea Announces New Location

For the past nine years, the Brooklyn Flea was held at the high school in Fort Greene every Saturday and Sunday, but that’s now changing.  Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School put in a new track in the former market space, and the flea market had to find a new home. Brooklyn Flea tried partnering with Smorgasburg, a popular food market, at East River State Park in Williamsburg, however, the two events proved to be too large for the space so the market has found another new home.
