Lara Spencer, the lifestyle anchor on “Good Morning America,” is the creator and host of HGTV’s Flea Market Flip, which kicks off its second season tonight at 9 p.m. In each episode, two teams of flea market patrons compete for $5,000 by scouring the flea market for $500 worth of merchandise, then “flipping” the merchandise, repurposing it and selling it for a profit.
